Cedar Lane Senior Living Community is a large development of apartments for seniors in Leonardtown Maryland.
Their staff needed a streamlined website to reduce the time being spent updating and maintaining the website.
After a consultation a proposal was made that significantly reduced their overhead cost and simplified the updating process with a new fully ADA compliant website.
The site is ADA compliant and the staff is fully trained on it’s functions and have found their workloads greatly reduced.

LCI roofing wanted a site for quick contact, and to advertise their services. This is a one-page front page design that brings a lot of the interior content to the homepage for quick reference and information as a user scrolls. These types of websites work especially well on a mobile device.
Franzen Realtors
Franzen Realtors is a busy independent real estate firm located in Lexington park, MD. They have a fast moving business in an area that sees a lot of families coming and going due to the proximity of Washington DC, Annapolis, and Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
As a well respected and deeply established firm with over 50 years serving the community, they needed a website that would serve as a local anchor for people looking to buy, sell or rent property in Southern Maryland.
The site offers them the ability to quickly add or change a property with full color photo and video galleries, complete property features, energy ratings, and much more. The site offers clients the ability to search in a variety of ways to find the perfect home.
Geodesic Management is a talent booking agency specializing in theatrical productions and children’s theater. We were first approached in 2010 to help the young agency develop their brand. Since then they have grown by leaps and bounds, and are now booking major Broadway shows.
Each year we provide their marketing materials, including their annual roster booklet, large floor banners for trade shows, and graphics for the website to match.

Calvert Hospice needed their website to subtly move their fundraising efforts to the forefront. They wanted their events and other fundraisers to be prominently displayed, and easily moved on and off the site as required. They wanted the site to be clear and open, with information that is easily found and presented in a manner to ease the gravity of the situation for the visitor.
The site was designed to visually convey a comfortable softness, and to offer many points on the page to locate valuable information within. The site is fully responsive, and after our training on how to use the new site, is completely under control of hospice staff.

Calvert Hospice
St. John’s School needed a complete overhaul of their website. Their old site was not responsive to mobile devices, gave no capability for fast updates, and was generally long out of date.
The site built by John Tayman has a fast and easy to use WordPress content management system with a fully responsive layout, and multiple levels of access so every teacher can control their own class page. Each teacher is able to log in and post homework assignments, or any other information parents and students from their class may need.
The site has the ability to set alerts for important information, a fast-change slider to easily show important info such as snow closings or delays. Fundraising efforts are streamlined through the ability to quickly gather information and payments.
Upon completion the faculty was trained on how to use the website, complete with written manuals detailing each access level.
